COVID 19PROTOCOL
The Congress will take place in compliance with the anti-Covid protocols in force as at the date of the event, with active collaboration by all participants.
The Congress venue will be set up so as to meet social distancing requirements.
CONGRESS ENTRY
- All Congress attendees must wear a surgical mask
- A valid Green Pass is required and this will be checked daily upon entrance to the Congress venue
- In the meantime, for each day of the congress, a colorful bracelet will be provided. It will attest that the green pass control has been carried out. All Congress attendees must wear it to avoid further green pass control durin the same day.
- A badge must be worn to access and move through the Congress areas
- Body temperature will be measured and access will be denied if it is ≥ di 37.5
ACCESSING THE HOTEL’S COMMON AND CONGRESS AREAS
- All Congress attendees must wear a mask during plenary sessions, symposia and during breaks except for when consuming food and drinks
- Congress attendees must avoid crowding and respect social distancing
- Frequent hand sanitising is recommended using the dispensers located in each area
- When using transfers, surgical masks must be worn
- Surgical masks will be provided if required
